Empowering Through Robotics
At Teatime Robotics, we recognize the challenges that can hinder the full potential of robotics in education.
Our mission is to help teams overcome these barriers through practical, hands-on support. We provide both in-person and virtual mentoring, strategic guidance on maximizing existing resources, and tailored budget advice—ensuring that robotics kits move from storage to active use in the classroom, where they can truly inspire learning and innovation.
STEM Education
Our robotics competitions and workshops empower students to bring STEM concepts to life through hands-on innovation. From coding and mechanical design to problem-solving and teamwork, we provide a platform where creativity meets engineering excellence, sparking curiosity and inspiring the next generation of technology leaders.
Community Impact
We promote STEM awareness by creating opportunities for students to collaborate, experiment, and apply their knowledge beyond the classroom. Our initiatives bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application, equipping students with the skills essential for the future of technology. Having successfully hosted four competitions to date, we are only at the beginning of our journey toward inspiring and empowering the next generation of innovators.
Our Impact
Outreach
Over 250 students across the UK have participated in our workshops and competitions, gaining hands-on experience in robotics, coding, and mechanical design. Many of our alumni have gone on to study engineering, computer science, and mechatronics at leading universities.
Mentoring
We’ve partnered with 5+ schools and community organisations to make robotics accessible to students from diverse backgrounds. Through low-cost entry programs and mentoring, 40% of participants were first-time competitors in STEM events.
STEM Educators
Since launching, Teatime Robotics has successfully hosted 4 competitions and supported 30+ active teams through ongoing mentoring, resource guidance, and technical support. Our initiatives ensure that robotics kits stay active in classrooms, not in storage.
Growth
With the help of multiple volunteer mentors and industry experts, we’ve delivered over 600 hours of mentorship and technical training creating a thriving network of educators, students, and professionals passionate about the future of technology.
